Coq Baking Paper is non-stick, heat-resistant, and ideal for lining the bottom of baking pans, cake tins, and pans. Suitable for baking sweet and savory foods in a traditional oven or microwave, and for preparing delicious dishes "en papillote." It allows you to cook naturally without greasing, buttering, or flouring the pan, and without having to add seasonings or fats: foods don't stick and the pan stays clean. It can also be used to store foods such as cheese and cured meats in the refrigerator and to portion meat or fish in the freezer. For better adhesion, wet and wring out the sheet of baking paper before use, then place it on the baking sheet, pressing with your hands. Paper width 36 cm.
